CIF Ejection Report

Below are the instructions for submitting an Ejection Report:

1. As soon as possible after the game has concluded, call, text or email Deron Hansen
2. Then go to https://cifsshome.org/misconduct-login.php
   1. Choose your sport, "Lacrosse" from the drop-down menu
   2. The password is available on Arbiter.
   3. If you are unfamiliar with the process watch the short YouTube video below
3. Choose "Incident" or "Ejection"
4. Fill out the form that is provided
   1. You must include:
      1. Full Name, jersey number and school name of the player ejected
      2. The time and quarter of the incident
      3. The score of the game at the time of the incident
      4. The Final score
5. Lastly, choose the name of the Liaison at the bottom of the page that the report will be sent to for processing (Speed Castillo).
